Back In Business

Seriously, I will probably type this to no avail. After a full month of no email and not being able to sign onto my blog, it seems my email is finally working. It's a long story. Short version: I was hacked and Hughes shut me down. I was able to receive emails but couldn't reply to them. For a month. Did I mention I was down for 30 DAYS? Then, Blogger decided to go and change itself. Come on now. Be nice to this non-techy girl. It told me to download Google Chrome which I did and Google Chrome even told me I was "awesome" for doing so. Okay, then. Work. Let's see what happens.

  1. Glad you're back on, Beth. I don't like the Blogger changes either, but seems like all the sites I like change periodically. Too much to learn! And we need to be writing.

  2. Me, too. Ditto. Ditto. Ditto. I can't figure out how to get rid of my poll and make other changes. Seems I'm always in a hurry. They need to take it easy on us. At least I'm back on.

  3. And, yes. Writing would be nice. Actual writing not just blogging.

  4. The Blogger changes presented challenges to me also. I've noticed several of my blogger friends have jumped ship and went to Wordpress. If I didn't have such a strong reputation of laziness and procrastination, I would have already switched too.

Glad you're back on-line. Looking forward to hearing more from you soon.

  5. Hey, Russell. You must uphold your reputation! I know what you mean. I considered switching to Wordpress and my writer friend, Jill Slack, even gave me directions on how to do it but I am so afraid of losing all of my posts that I'm holding out. For now. I'll probably jump ship one of these weeks/months/years.

I still can't figure out how to get rid of my polls. This new Google Chrome/Blogger thing doesn't call them "gadgets" like I'm used to. Sigh.
